Complaint- inadequate lighting in changing room in Nissi beach.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the inadequate lighting in the changing room at Nissi Beach.

When I used the changing room, it was extremely dark and there was no adequate lighting that allowed me to properly see the floor or my belongings. While changing, I unfortunately lost a gold bracelet without noticing it.

As soon as I realized the bracelet was missing, I returned to the changing room and searched the area thoroughly. I also contacted the Lost & Found/service staff, but I was informed that no bracelet had been handed in.

I fully understand that visitors are generally responsible for their personal belongings. However, in this case, I am concerned that the absence of adequate lighting in a changing facility created an avoidable situation in which it was extremely difficult to see the floor or notice that a valuable personal item had fallen.

I therefore kindly request that you investigate this matter, Why the changing room had inadequate or no functioning lighting?

The bracelet is made of gold and has significant financial as well as personal value. I can provide a description and, if required, photographs or proof of purchase/ownership.

I would also respectfully ask management to consider whether compensation for the lost bracelet would be appropriate in the circumstances, taking into account the inadequate lighting in the changing room and the fact that I was unable to properly see the area while changing.

I would be grateful for a written response confirming that my complaint has been registered and informing me of the outcome of your investigation.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope it can be resolved fairly and that the necessary measures will be taken to ensure that the changing facilities are adequately illuminated for visitors.
