Unmaintained Pools with mosquitos

Hello,
we live in
Mersinias 5 | Elite Blu Hillside residences
Agia Napa 5330
Famagusta | Cyprus

Around us there are three pools with little water where mosquitoes grow.
They developed well and became a nuisance. The owners are not on site and don't care.

We have heard that there is a department that takes care of these cases und would be grateful if you could inform them.
