Online Submission of Requests

Our municipality offers an online submission of requests so that citizens avoid visiting the relevant departments of the Municipality to submit their complaints. Your request is automatically forwarded to the relevant department which will process it and handle it. You can track the progress of your request at any time, using a unique code that is automatically sent right after your online submission.

Detailed presentation of the request

Each entry is presented in detail on a separate page, showing: the category, the address, the date, the image, the description, the user comments, the position on the map and the number of positive votes received. On this page, registered users can also comment, give a positive vote and print the entry.

Track the progress the situation

Initially each entry/request is marked as "Submitted". As soon as the Municipality becomes aware of the request, the entry is then forwarded to the relevant department, and is then marked as "In progress". Finally, as soon as the problem has been addressed, the request is marked as 'Processed', unless there is a comment from the department indicating a serious impediment.

Ability to comment & vote

Users can submit their comments on existing entries. Comments are allowed until the date a request is processed. Citizens can give a positive vote to the listings they consider important. In this way, the voice of the citizens is better captured.
