Appeal Against parking fine

I would like to appeal this parking fine. I parked in the designated area in the evening because the disabled parking symbol on the ground was not visible, and there was no sign indicating that the parking space was reserved for disabled persons. Due to the poor visibility and lack of clear signage, I was not aware that I was parking in a disabled parking space.
